The Optimal Thinking Senior Executives' Mastermind Alliance membership is limited to senior executives who are responsible
for the operation of a qualifying corporation or division. Such individuals must hold one of the following titles:
President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director, Managing Partner or
Publisher, Chairman of the Board, Vice President, or equivalent of any of the above and receive a base salary of at least $175,000.00.
Only one member of a qualified corporation is eligible for membership into a Senior Executives' Mastermind Alliance.

Corporation Definition: Corporation, as the term is defined here, includes incorporated or limited business entities,
partnerships, and other business organizations considered, at the discretion of The World Academy of Personal
Development Inc., to be substantially equivalent to businesses incorporated under the appropriate
legal jurisdiction. This definition also includes academic institutions, not-for-profit organizations,
and government entities. All corporations must be operating businesses not primarily generating passive income.
Employee Requirement: The candidate must have at least 50 regular, full-time employees or the equivalent under his or her control.
Individuals engaged on a commission basis are considered employees if they receive their main livelihood
from the corporation and are permanently connected with the corporation. Seasonal employees are not
eligible.
