To ensure your enrollment in the seminar of your choice, register early. We process all applications upon receipt and will email your seminar admission confirmation with the seminar location, date(s), and time(s). We reserve the right to change seminar locations, schedules, fees and instructors where necessary.

To cancel a seminar, you must notify us in writing at least 3 days before the seminar date. We will gladly issue a credit voucher (minus a ten dollar cancellation fee). You can apply this credit voucher to any of our seminars within twelve months of the date of issue.

Refunds will be issued only in the unlikely event that OptimalThinking.com (The World Academy of Personal Development Inc.) cancels a seminar. A check will be mailed to you. No refunds will be issued for seminars that are postponed because of inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. Credits and refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days after the seminar date.

Our seminars are 100% guaranteed - with no exceptions. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a seminar, inform us in writing. You will receive a credit voucher for the seminar fee which you can use for another seminar.
