TeleClass Registration & Cancellation Policy

To ensure your enrollment in the teleclass of your choice, register early. We process all applications upon receipt and will email your teleclass admission confirmation with the telephone number, date(s), and time(s). We reserve the right to change teleclass schedules, fees and instructors where necessary.

To cancel a teleclass, you must notify us in writing at least 1 day before the teleclass date. We will gladly issue a credit voucher (minus a ten dollar cancellation fee). You can apply this credit voucher to any of our seminars within twelve months of the date of issue.

Refunds will be issued only in the unlikely event that OptimalThinking.com (The World Academy of Personal Development Inc.) cancels a teleclass. A check will be mailed to you, or your credit card payment will be reversed. Credits and refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days after the teleclass date.

Our teleclasses are 100% guaranteed — with no exceptions. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a teleclass, inform us in writing. You will receive a credit voucher for the teleclass fee which you can use for another class.
