My Core Beliefs
Most of us don’t consciously choose our beliefs; they are often based on interpretations of past experiences and information we’ve received from respected sources. Our beliefs have impact, and our core beliefs can make or break us.
Many people have been conditioned to want and expect less than the best. You may have opposing beliefs about your ability and worthiness to experience life’s greatest offerings. You may not believe that it is possible for you to enjoy the best that life has to offer. Having conducted research on core beliefs for 22 years, I learned that core belief combinations have specific consequences. For example:
I can’t have what I want + I am good enough to have what I want — > Frustration
I can’t have what I want + I am not good enough to have what I want — > Depression

You think in moderate or middle of the road terms.
