I was very uncomfortable with that line of thinking. It was…frankly, dishonest. And, worst of all, it didn’t help me or others resolve unhealthy cycles of thoughts and emotions.
That’s why I decided to dedicate my life to finding a realistic alternative to positive thinking and showing others how to best use it.
