Senior Executive Advisory Board

During the past 28 years, we have seen that senior executives achieve the most ingenious solutions and the greatest successes when they share with other industry leaders in the spirit of optimization.
The Senior Executive Advisory Board is a hand picked group. We collaborate in an atmosphere of optimal thinking, confidentiality, and trust to work on our most important challenges and goals.
Serving as an informal board of advisers, participants discuss and implement business issues such as visionary leadership, delighting customers, best place to work organizational culture initiatives, life and career balance etc. in the context of business optimization.
Each meeting is 90 minutes long, with 8 – 10 senior executives in the group. Sometimes everyone will work on our issues. At other times, only a few will work on their issues, while others participate in the group optimization process. In all past groups, there has been enough time for everyone to receive sufficient support.

Our next Senior Executive Advisory Board meeting will be facilitated virtually by Dr. Rosalene Glickman, senior executive and international best-selling author of Optimal Thinking. The meeting will be held via Zoom video conference.
Dr. Rosalene Glickman, will facilitate each session and provide you with the opportunity to consistently experience the optimization process. The fee for the six virtual group sessions is $900.

Our next virtual Senior Executive Advisory Board meetings will be held each Tuesday on the following dates:

The meetings will take place on Zoom from 8:30 am – 10 am PST ( World Clock )
The Senior Executive Advisory Board is reserved for senior executives who are responsible for the operation of a qualifying corporation or division, or comparable executives in transition.
Applications are limited to Presidents, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Managing Directors, Managing Partners, Board Chairs, Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents or equivalent executives in transition who qualify for an annual base salary of at least $200,000.
Only one member of a corporation is eligible for participation in the Senior Executive Advisory Board.
You will work with a first-class facilitator who specializes in uncovering challenges and achieving optimization.
You will gain insight, counsel, accountability and optimal solutions from brilliant industry leaders with a wide range of experience.
You will be called upon to best solve the difficult challenges experienced by other participants.
You will apply best practices from different industries, inject innovation and Optimal Thinking into your strategies and maximize your performance.
You will feel exhilarated from the optimization process and the new possibilities generated to breakthrough prior limitations.
