Senior executives achieve the most ingenious solutions and the greatest successes when resources are shared with peers in the spirit of optimization. The Senior Executive Advisory Board is a select group of senior executives who collaborate in an atmosphere of optimal thinking, trust and confidentiality to work on their most important challenges and goals.
While collaborating in the context of optimization, you will often receive greater benefit from others’ contribution than from your own. Other executives issues frequently trigger your unresolved challenges and lead you to immediately entertain your best solutions.
Each meeting is 90 minutes long, with 8 – 10 senior executives in the group. In any given meeting, sometimes everyone will work on their issues. At other times, only a few will work on their issues, while others participate in the group optimization process. In all past groups, there was enough time for everyone to receive sufficient support.
Dr. Rosalene Glickman, will facilitate each session and provide you with the opportunity to consistently experience the optimization process.
The fee for the 6 virtual group sessions (via Zoom) is $900.
