Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Please consider the following carefully before making your purchase decision. We add the U.S. Postal Service air mail rate to ship our resources. Sales tax is added for California residents. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, just return our merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase (in original new condition) for a full refund (minus shipping) or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items are non-refundable.
If your returned item is from an order that qualified for free shipping and the return of that item causes the total to drop below $99, the order will be assessed an appropriate shipping charge that will be deducted from your refund. We cannot authorize a refund on items returned damaged, as we cannot resell them.
Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable items.
Product Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify whether the refund was approved or rejected.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Product Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email and send your item to: 100 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 700, Santa Monica, CA 90401.
Coaching and Writing Services
Written notice of cancellation no later than 24 business hours prior to all coaching sessions and seminars is required. In the event that this notification is not received, the full fee is charged.
The fee for RFP bid monitoring and all writing services (including the consulting provided for business plans, business proposals, investor pitch decks, and employee handbooks) is non-refundable.
All communications are conducted via email to ensure we have the same information. If you do not provide a response to a written request for information from our writing service for a period of 180 days or more, the contract is deemed complete and we have no further obligation to you. For more information, visit our business plan terms and conditions. The fee for speech production, including any portion of the speech, approved by an independent focus group is non-refundable.
Public Seminars and Webinars
To cancel a seminar, you must notify us in writing at least 3 days before the seminar date. We will gladly issue a credit voucher (minus a ten dollar cancellation fee). You can apply this credit voucher to any of our seminars within twelve months of the date of issue.
Refunds will be issued only in the unlikely event that we cancel a seminar or webinar. Refunds will not be issued for seminars that are postponed because of inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. Credits and refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days after the seminar date.
Our seminars are 100% guaranteed – with no exceptions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a seminar or webinar, inform us in writing within seven (7) days. You will receive a credit voucher for the seminar fee which you can use for another seminar or webinar.
